1-Year Warranty
Every device you buy from PuffCell VAPE is covered for 12 months from the delivery date. If anything goes wrong, we replace or refund — you choose.
Covered
- Battery faults — not charging or draining abnormally
- Device stops producing vapour or produces burnt taste from a manufacturing defect
- Charging port or circuit failure
- Any other manufacturing defect
Not covered
- Normal wear — mouthpiece, seals, stickers
- Water or physical damage (drops, crushing)
- Unauthorised modification or repair attempts
- Personal taste preference after opening
⚡Fast claims: send your order number plus a short photo or video of the issue. Approved claims are replaced or refunded within 48 hours — no need to ship the faulty unit back in most cases.
