1-Year Warranty

Last updated: September 5, 2026

Every PuffCell device is covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery. This page explains what is covered, what isn’t, and how to make a claim.

1. Warranty Period

All PuffCell hardware is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

2. What’s Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects that appear during normal use, including:

  • Battery that fails to hold a charge or will not charge under normal use.
  • Faulty buttons, firing mechanism or charging port.
  • Device leaking, auto-firing or not producing vapour as received from the factory.
  • Any other defect in materials or workmanship present at the time of delivery.

3. What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by factors outside our control, including:

  • Physical damage from drops, crushing or impact (cracked casing, bent ports).
  • Water or liquid damage, including exposure to rain or humidity.
  • Misuse, improper charging, or use with incompatible accessories.
  • Normal wear and tear, scratches or cosmetic marks.
  • Consumable components such as e-liquid, pods, coils and mouthpieces.
  • Unauthorised disassembly, modification or attempted repair.
  • Loss or theft of the device.

4. How to Make a Claim

If you believe your device is defective, contact us within the warranty period:

Please include your order number, a short description of the fault, and clear photos or a video showing the issue. Our team responds within 1–2 business days.

5. Assessment & Resolution

We may ask you to return the item for inspection. Once a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the device, or
  • Replace it with the same or an equivalent model shipped from our Sydney warehouse, or
  • Issue a refund for the original purchase price.

Replacements and refunds are provided only after the fault has been confirmed. Return shipping for a confirmed warranty claim is covered by PuffCell.

6. Proof of Purchase

A valid order number or receipt is required to make a claim. The warranty is tied to the order and cannot be transferred to a subsequent owner.

7. Limitations

This warranty is limited to the value of the product and does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees acceptable quality and fitness for purpose for a reasonable time.

For returns and refunds unrelated to a manufacturing defect, see our Refund Policy.
